Description

In pale, ash, golden waves crashed down the length of the young maiden’s form, Anastasia has eyes that teeter between the color of sea green foam and turquoise. Her face is not quite the shape of a square nor a circle. She also is not very tall, the opposite in fact. Only standing about five feet and an inch. Her lips are more on the tinner side, and only looks that of bright red during winter. This is all tied up with lithe form. Just as her fair skin would suggest, she does burn quite easy. However, she will forget to bring sunscreen with her half of the time.

Personality
Most people's interactions are fleeting with the maiden called Anastasia. The only one who truly knows how ADVENTUROUS miss Lok a single police officer is. Instead of arresting her for trespassing, the man will deliver her back to her parents. It is not often that he is able to drag her back, as Ann is ALERT and tends to notice him before he notices her. Nor does he do so for free, while he jokes and is friendly with Miss Lok. His pocket does increase in weight each time he is able to catch her and does not put cuffs on her.

Even if her parents pay to keep her out of jail, she refuses to listen to anyone that says she needs their guidance. They had never been there for her before. Why should they now? Having been raised by nannies, several of whom left the young girl to her own devices, has left her fiercely INDEPENDENT. Not that Ann wanted to be close with any of her nannies, as when she was young, she heard one whisper to the chief of how strange it was as a child to be as COLD as she was.

As Anastasia grew in age, nannies were no longer needed. Which made it easier to sneak out with her DEVIOUS nature. It always helps that the young maiden can stay CALM under pressure. She could not sneak out every night, however. On those nights she might have stayed relaxing or looking for a new target. Ann would sit at her shiny, expensive computer and start on her such for a location filled with untouched history. More than a few of these have been to places that are considered haunted. Not that she believed in the paranormal, she rolled her eyes at those who do. Her searching never goes all that smoothly as she is very DISORGANIZED.

History

Born in high society, at least as high society is in modern-day earth as one can, Ann has rejected all from the moment she could. Her seemly never-ending rebellious phase started when she could barely even speak. Well, her parents were having an important business meeting with another couple, therefore they stuck their children to play together. While Ann could not care less about the other girl taking her dolls, once her sticky hand reached her an overstuffed, lumpy bat Lok had in her grasp. Anastasia had pushed her down with all the might she had in her chubby arms. Needless to say, the other girl’s parents decided not to work with her parents. Because how DARE Ann hurt their little girl. Their daughter was trying to steal her toys. Does not matter, their daughter deserved them more.

Even if Ann did keep her hands to herself, they would not have become friends, as within just a few months she moved again. With how often her parents moved for work, she had been to many different schools in different countries. This has her speaking fluently in English, Japanese, and French. However, this has left her friendless. Which has caused her trouble in knowing how to express herself to others. It did not help she was not raised by her parents but instead passed from nanny to nanny. Neither moved with her, so she was not able to make human connections there. She has taken this in stride, however, has stated, “I am not lonely, I am just hanging out with myself.” On more than one occasion. She is more than happy for it just to be here and the winged rats that fly within the night skies.

On more than one occasion, the maiden has found herself sneaking away from the police when trespassing. While most of the time she tends to get away without being caught. It happened to be part of her favorite pass time. She enjoys investigating old, abandoned buildings with untold history. To do so she always carries her leather messenger back that is packed with a water bottle, snacks, a couple of handfuls of gel pens, pencils, highlighters, a tiny stapler with extra staples, her most dear possession a black polarized camera with a silver chain, a black glove that attached to the camera, paperclips, at least one leather-clad journal, extra film, and a card with an unlimited amount of money to spend from her parents.

Family & Friends

Its not easy to become close to Miss Lok. It is hard for the young maiden to come to trust anyone. Her parents never showed her any type of affection, unless you count throwing money at her. Nor did she have time to make a friend at school before she moved away. Learning how to be friends with someone, or even more than friends, is sure to be an awkward journey for her. Ann is a pretty lonely person, not that she minds all that much.
